This is a great post! Not only should you know how much you are worth, but you should also look for opportunities that are in the realm of your worth. Sometimes your worth can not be based solely on salary. Sometimes, times at home with your family is more important or other aspects of your life that balance you out are more important than a few extra dollars every 2 weeks!
great post and looking forward to seeing more!!
